Founded the "drone as a first responder" unit. Trained and supervised a team of pilots responsible for criminal apprehensions, crime scene investigations and public safety flights. Instructed FAA Part 107 for first responders. Created policy and procedure for the drone unit. Initiated the use of photogrammetry with drones for criminal cases. Florida State Certified Law Enforcement Instructor. Retired
